There is a stunningly beautiful Yacht docked at the City Marina, it is owned by Mark Cuban. If you are out and about go take a peek it is quite amazing.

When we passed it last night, several of the window shades were raised, very busy staff in there. Looked to be quite a nice dinner party going on.
