Tuesday afternoon in Chicago

Tuesday afternoon in Charleston

Really?? How many topless women do you find walking on the bike path?

Happy Tuesday

Wednesday in Chicago...makes it seem like every day sucks doesn't it?

Finally back to reality, and soon back home

Last installment. Some folks think Charleston is too congested, and coming apart at the seams....that it's not what it used to be...you're welcome to your opinion. I think it sits at the threshold of heaven

In a way I guess it is. It's also a reaction that's been building in response to various complaints about the Charelston area, how dificult it is to get around in...etc...etc. Rather than get all wordy and start another yes it is /no it's not, this is my way of showing my feelings about how sweet Charleston is compared to where I'm from, and why. It made me smile putting it up. It's the "chat" thread, but I don't "chat" much

I am going to have to take my camera with me tomorrow. All week the Ravenel has be backed up starting at the base of the on ramp on the Charleston side. It has been taking me a half an hour to get to the other side of the bridge, but what an absolutely beautiful view I have!

Mini,
Don't know what time you go into Chastown in the morning, but my rear view mirror at 7:45 am on the bridge has been gloriously filled with golden/amber/azure skies this week. Any which way, I agree the view on the Ravenel is a gift.

I leave my house around 8:30 am to go to work, so I miss the rear view mirror view. What was really cool was during super moon. I was coming home from work and the moon looked extremely huge when I was going over the bridge. I don't think I will ever get tired of driving on that bridge.
