I'm interested in learning if anyone in Charleston County is getting services for their Autistic child(ren). I have a 6 year old that's high functioning autistic and we're looking to relocate possibly to the Charleston area....but not without doing our homework first. Has anyone had good luck securing services? Thanks for your input.

My cousin lives in Charleston and they also have a 6 year old that is Autistic (high functioning as well). I could certainly find out where he does his therapy/schooling for you. I know he has made amazing progress in the past few years, it's absolutely amazing. They live in West Ashley, so it may be in that area. I'll see what I can find out for you.

Oh I'd certainly appreciate that. We're in AZ right now and it was like pulling teeth to get any help for him. Thanks for responding.
