Marsh Cove in West Ashley
Besides Lighthouse Pt. in J.I., I'm curious about Marsh Cove. Does anyone know if those properties are on city water and sewer? I would imagine insurance is cheaper than there however, the property does look close to the river.
I'll be moving from Newport, RI and am spoiled as I'm on city water and sewer and am steps away from restaurants and stores and am within a mile of the bay on one side and the Ocean on the other including beaches and am just a few miles of the mansions.
I know even if I had $50 million to spend on a house, simply because of the geography, I couldn't have all that in Charleston or Mt. Pleasant because everything is so spread out so I'm trying to weigh pros and cons of the areas.
The only thing I don't have now that I will have when I'm there is closer proximity to upscale markets. Ironically, there are none here. I have to drive to Providence 45 mins away to get to a Whole Foods Market.
