I have called over 2 dozen restaurants in Charleston for Easter Sunday brunch and nothing is available! I did find a table (many openings a matter of fact) at Blossoms but I have since read that the brunch is so-so and limited. There are 6 of us...aghhhh!

Doesn't surprise me one bit, most of those places are booked months in advance on big Holiday weekends......

Just food for thought. Why not have the meal at the place of your choice on Sat. night? Have a kick ass time together, then Sunday afternoon have an egg hunt for the adults. Y'all can sip some sweet tea while you remember why spending an afternoon together is so precious.

Thanx everyone! I will check some of those out. We are still tourists (until June) so we really would like downtown..and there are 3 adults and 3 children.

How about Gullah Cuisine in Mount Pleasant? It isn't downtown, but is is amazingly good! The stuffed chicken was the best I have ever had.

Do they still make you PAY for your meal before you eat it?

They did the last time we ate there, and there sure was a reason for it.

We have been there a couple times and paid when we were done like you normally do at restaurants. When was the last time you ate there?
