summerville sc any info please (condos, houses, safe area)

we are venturing to charleston in nov we are from florida looking to relocate wanted to know if it was a nice area in the summerville or hanahan area we have 2 small children from the gulf coast so we kinda like to be near water area plus a good factor for making decent money my husband is in the construction field of windows and i clean houses and condos and am a bartender. are the houses reasonable in that area is it pretty? is every one friendly? are there jobs is it a safe area?is it growing? if any one could give me any info honestly i would really apprecialte it thanks

Best way to find out if it will suit you and your family is to go there yourself and check dont you think ? what suits some...does not suit all . check out their website. and local newspapers for job listings.
