My father loved okra, so I would have to eat it from time to time. It was awful.

It makes me grin a bit as I read the recipe ideas, many of which use other tasty things with okra to mask the taste

The secret to making okra that isnt slimy is to saute jt in a frying pan before you use it, all of the slime sticks to the pan...
