Since its not my recipe I don't want to write it out, but here's the link: Deep Fried Picnic Chicken

I use about twice the butter. I tried making this with just the flour, salt, and Old Bay seasoning and it was really good, especially if you want something a little different. Be sure to taste the flour mixture though, because a little too much old bay is a LOT too much. I can't remember how much I used, maybe 3-4 teaspoons?

The seasonings are really tasty as the recipe stands, too!

Also have 'saved' the skillet fried one.
