Does anyone know anything about this subdivision?

Very near East Cooper Medical Center (Hospital).

Looks very nice (online at least). Sidewalks, nice looking homes.

Location looks awesome, but hard to tell online.

It's cute.
My husband is always suspect when I use that word ... in this case it means tight lots, mostly Victorian/Lowcountry designed homes (pretty) and a small contained neighborhood. Oh, and almost under I526. I love looking at it but wouldn't want to live there unless my brothers and sisters lived next doors.

I just looked at houses there yesterday. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, but like the previous poster said, the lots are small and it's ridiculously close to 526 which means the traffic noise is a serious issue. One house we drove by is so close to the highway you could throw a baseball from the yard and easily hit a car.

It also looks like a bear trying to get out onto Mathis Ferry from there.

We live in this neighborhood and have for the past ten years. It absolutely central to everything in Mount Pleasant and there is easy access to 526. It used to be hard to get out of the neighborhood, but the city built a round-about at our entrance, and now it's no problem. The entrance to the neighborhood is underneath overpasses and specifically an exit off of 526. There are a few houses on that end of the neighborhood that may hear traffic, but I live in the back of the neighborhood and never hear it.

Although the lots are small, we only have 40 houses in the neighborhood, so unlike other neighborhoods in the area (Ion, Wakendaw), it is very much a little hamlet. There is a walk-way to the other neighborhood if you like walking or biking along trails that border large lakes and creeks.

The new hospital is only a 2 minute drive away, so that is convenient for doctor visits. There are medical offices right by the hospital. As well, since this neighborhood now has a round-about-it is easy to access Mathis Ferry or to go down the road by the hospital and medical offices which gets you to Hwy. 17 a lot faster than Mathis Ferry does anyway.

Our HOA fees are currently $425 per year. We do not have a pool, but we are only 6 miles from the beach (Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms).

This is a great neighborhood, and we are hidden away, yet central in the City of Mount Pleasant. As well, there is minimal traffic and virtually no crime. This is a perfect, private neighborhood that affords a wonderful and safe quality of living.

I like the neighborhood but the proximity to 526 is a downer
