There are some really great deals on nice condos in Mt. Pleasant. They won't last long. Since I can't advertise here, just check out the MLS. My wife and I just bought two units at The Madison Park West.

Current actives are 777sf 1bed 1 bath from 113k to 122k and 1000-1100sf 2 bedroom 2 baths from $146k to $158k. All of the 3bedroom 2 bath units look to be contingent/pending/sold but they were 1282 sf.

The units are converted Apartments with some appealing upgrades possible (info in the sales center right of the gate)

Oh sounds a bit too small for me. Phew! Glad to hear I won't miss out on something I wished I could take advantage of.

We got a 777 sf 1 bed/1bath for $100 and a 2 bed/1 bath 1026sf for $127.5. Plus seller contributes 6% of purchase price towards closing and/or prepaid HOA fees.
