I think we're going to have lunch at Perfectly Franks tomorrow in Summerville. We saw it on the Food network and it looks pretty awesome. Anyone eaten there? Their menu is 10 pages long! (On their website, that is.) Just wanted to know if it was as good as it looks.

Food is good, also cheap too. There are some "unique" flavors, but I enjoyed it. Great quick lunch place.

I heard it was on the food network but heard about it from word of mouth from locals.

Also nice its only 5 min from my house.

it's good, I wouldn't say cheap... for four of us to eat flavored hotdogs it was nearly $50, that's expensive IMHO for hotdogs

but u have to experience it at least once to see the menu... countless combo's, many are already known in different places of the country but u can also make up your own

it's still justa dog

I agree its just hotdogs, but wife and I, is like $20 for a meal and drink. Not sure if you can do that at any air conditioned restaraunt.

The photo of their Chicago dog looks pretty authentic ... I think I see the celery salt on it but it appears to be missing a dill pickle spear. Now, if they have Maxwell Street Polishes and a decent Italian beef, I'll have to give them a try when I'm visiting this October.

My God!! And I thought Cosmic Dog was expensive. The best hot dogs I've ever eaten were $1.25 the last time I was there. I guess I'm just gettin' old...

It's good, but now the line is loooooongggggg on the weekends thanks to the Food Network. It's pretty quick once you get your order in though. Try the sweet potato fries! They're awesome

They moved into the place on main street since the Food Network piece and they are making a killing, I think the prices went up after that too...

It's a little pricey for hot dogs but their menu is too amazing not to splurge. Cosmic Dogs is expensive and although it was good, I didn't think it was worth it. Hopefully on a Monday Perfectly Franks won't be too crowded. Glad to hear it's good. I am definitely getting a side of sweet potato fries. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and hot dogs are one of my biggest cravings lately!

Their lunch specials are really good. Usually 2 dogs and a drink for $6.
