Hello,

We are able to sign a lease in the community below. Is this a family friendly area? How are schools?

The schools are great .. Dorchester District 2 .. can't beat the district really.

But that is a very borderline neighborhood at best.

I would suggest trying something in Windsor Hill (where I live) or west of Dorchester Rd if you want to stay in this area and school district.

If you can sign a REALLY short lease then you might go for it just to get a foothold.

But there are definitely better places to live in this area that are reasonably priced.

I live up that way ... off Ashley Phosphate but on the west side of Windsor Hill Blvd.

We love it here. We've raised our boys in this neighborhood for going on 10 years now and I have ZERO complaints.
