I don't remember JetBlue ever servicing CHS.

From reporters saying this is the first time they have been in CHS to hearing/reading what multiple politicians have to say about courting the company, I do not feel as though they have ever flown out of here. This is why I asked my question.

They were looking at Charleston before, but this is their first time here for non-stops.

Maybe this will mean we can use Jet Blue from Portland ME to CHS. I know it would involve a change either in Boston or NY. I know Jet Blue uses JFK not LaGuadia. When we fly to NYC we prefer LaGuadia as it is so much easier and quicker to get into Manhattan from there. Love Charleston and would love to go back.

Again, JetBlue has never serviced CHS before. Perhaps some folks are confusing JetBlue with Air Trans.

Are you from Portland? I've flown from CHS to DC to PWM on Jetblue....it was 200 round trip...AWESOME.

I'd even be willing to fly from Charleston to Boston and drive up to Portland. My daughter and I flew from Charleston to DC to Portland on another airline this past summer and it was about 500 each for round trip.

I'm so excited about this new announcement!!! (I'm from the Portland area)
