Are there any in the Summerville area? Do most subdivisions offer a community pool? Which ones that have homes in the 100k range give or take?

I don't know of any public swimming pools and most of the neighborhoods in that price range don't have pools that I know of, check with a realtor to be sure.

Summerville does have three YMCAs all with pools, two indoor one outdoor Olympic pool.
