Living in Folly now, moving to MP in April. Which bank should we go with just for a checking acct and access to ATMs?

neither...try BB&T or Coastal. Smaller banks, less hassles, better customer service.

Ok, just for fun and arguements sake, let's say I have to choose between WF and BOA? Which one has more branches/ convenience to ATMs?

We use BoA. But honestly, the only thing we use the branch for is the Deposit Box. Their online banking is great and we can deposit our checks with the smart phone app. We use a CC for 98% of transactions and hardly ever carry cash. The CC is paid off monthly and we get cash back on it.

I actually have both right now. I need to close out my BOA accounts and keep my WF accounts. I just don't care for BOA.
