Sure wish I could find a buyer for my house in NY .... has been on the market 6 weeks now, I've reduced the price by $80,000 and still no offers. Can't wait to get down to Summerville!

My wife and I want desperately ...to relocate in the Charleston area. We are coming from Colorado. But we know nothing of the neighborhoods and which is more safe ? We are in our 50's and just want a quite safe neighborhood where we can easily access all that Charleston has to offer. Any thoughts....ideas....suggestions ??
