If Utah can accomplish this, other states will follow suit.

A state that considers succession ( like South Carolina) will logically line up to gain back control of federal land.

No Utah is not South Carolina, but it is a situation related to the question, and a definite point of interest with a National Forest right next door.

Have any of you seen The Villages a section of Park West? ( I think).

These are the homes with porches on both front levels ( two levels). There is also a model with a side porch. The style is

called a Charleston type home.

They look nice online and I think I saw some resales. What is your thoughts on them?
