Charleston City Hall has one as well as the Blake tenament across the street, but I don't think that building is open to the public any more since it's judge's quarters now.
Also St. Philip's Church cemetery behind the church.
I'm sure there are many more.
If your willing to take a ride out into the country then you can try the Ravenel light. Its on Parkers Ferry Road off HWY 17. Here is someone's account of it. I have also seen it myself and its kinda crazy. I stopped by there last week late one night on my way home from HH but didn't see anything that time. How is the haunted places in Charlotte. I know of a really creep graveyard in Rock Hill that my wife refuses to go back too. I can try and find a link if you like. The Lights of Ravenel
To answer Shane's question abut haunted places in Charlotte, there is at least 1 walking ghost tour in Charlotte - it's downtown and ends at the cemetery at Fourth Ward. I've been and it's very lame. Most of the stories are told about a building that has been torn down already or even stories in Huntersville or Cabarrus County. I got a living social deal a few years back and only paid 5 bucks. I enjoyed it only because it gave our family something cheap and different to do together, but would never recommend it for people wanting a real ghost tour.

Its funny you mention that tour because my wife also got a Living Social Deal for that tour but we never used it. The cemetery is Settlers Cemetery. We moved here before we could use it.
That's probably it - that cemetery is called Settlers Cemetery. That's where it ended and they stood us there and told us all kinds of ghost stories of things that never happened in Charlotte. But on a side note - I love that Cemetery. Some beautiful and crazy old graves.
