Default Opinions on Custom Builders??

I am looking for anyone who has had experience with any of the following "custom" home builders. It is tough to find info on smaller builders so I would love to hear any good or bad information people might have. The builders are: Sabal Homes, Altman & Altman, Palmetto Classic Homes, and John Mouzon. Thanks!

Pimlico Right?
Have your plans changed?

I've got a builder that just split off from one of the biggest custom builders in the area.

We went into a home that Sabal Builder's built in Foxbank Plantation and it looked like it was built well. I do know that they go as "green" as possible in their building. I haven't seen a home in the building process though to see if it is being built correctly. (DH used to work PT building homes.)

No change in plans. Still planning on Pimlico but we are probably going to build a house out there rather than buy an existing. Not very familiar with custom builders though so I am looking for some opinions.
