Can Anyone recommend a good Handyman in the Downtown Charleston Area? (construction, contractors)

Anyone know of a good handyman to fix things around the home? Replacing Window panes, repairing washer/dryers, fixing leaks from ceilings. I'm looking for someone that is budget conscious and does good work. I'm tired to paying someone $80/hr to fix a window pane.

I'm looking for someone too. To do some carpenter roof work. I've called some contractors, but they don't want small work since their work load has increased.
Has to be quailty work though.

Now I really want to move down there, my husband does all of that kind of work. He is a laid off union carpenter/construction and has been doing his own handyman stuff for a couple of years now. He's having a really hard time finding work up here.
