The Buzz on Laurel Hill Plantation?
Most of you know by now that I am looking online only at this point as far as housing goes.
I found a house that I am in serious love with from the outside. Structurally it is beautiful, but the current homeowners have done things in the house that have actually devalued it IMnotsoHO.
The house is in Laurel Hill Plantation which means absolutely nothing to me. It's somewhere in Goose Creek which also kind of doesn't mean a thing to me at this point.
I've looked at over 3000 homes online and this is the one I keep going back to.
So tell me what you know, what you've heard about the subdivision!! What's around it, do all the houses in the area look the same, is it nice and safe...you know what I mean.
Thank you!

I was there tonight at an open house for new construction around the corner. It's off Foster Creek Rd, closer to Hanahan than anything else. That area is growing pretty quick, a new supermarket is coming in as well.
There are currently about 8 homes actively listed. Is it on Archibald or Dillard? Let me know, I'll run it & post you the details.

Orange County Girl...Laurel Hill is very close to the nuclear power school on the old navy base. It is a quiet little spot which backs up to the Gooose Creek reservoir.
The houses are on the market anywhere from 98/sq ft to 120/sq ft. However there are some houses in there that have sold for upwards of $160/sq. so as you can see, it is a varied neighborhood. The houses have been built at all different times in there, so it is not your cookie cutter neighborhood. Hope this helps.

SCDWELLER: Thanks for the info! I love that the houses are varied in style and year built. I think it fosters a sense of individuality and an increased pride of ownership.
Thanks for the info!
