My assistant and her husband just purchased and closed on a home in Myers Mills and they love it! She moved over from Bridges of Summerville. She has a five year old and loves the neighborhood.

I'll be there this Sunday, purchasing a home with a family relocating from the Northeast.
They know the entire area and have decided on Meyer's mil. Great value and a very good price per sq. ft. ratio.

great community, Dorchester 2 schools, awesome pool, certainly one of the better communities in Summerville...the new Publix right down the street is awesome and the new YMCA just opened up right down the road.

I have no problem with Eastwood and Ryland builders. Keystone builders is another matter.

Remember, never buy a home from a company who does not allow phase inpections. Even an inventory or a resale!

Even if you buy a resale, KNOW WHO THE BUILDER WAS!

Drove through Myers Mills this evening. It's a nice neighborhood. You can tell there is pride of ownership as the yards are neatly maintained, overall the neighborhood has a nice presence. I like it. Who could not like those mushroom fountains in the pool?

We're building in Myer's Mill as well, with Ryland. Seems like a great neighborhood and we're anxious to get moved in!

I have a house there and feel they are very cheaply made. The walls are thin they won't stand behind things that they messed up. The house is less than a year old. I wouldn't buy one again.
