Default Moving to Summerville, SC

Hey,
I am moving to Summerville, SC, near North Charleston and I was wondering what are the best apartments in that area and are there any condo complexes in the area. How is real estate in the area as well? I really can't wait until I move down there, it is a beautiful place!!!! Thanks for all the help.

Smile Moving to Charleston

Hi,

Charleston in General is a beautiful place to live. North Charleston is a crap shoot. Some places are okay and some are down right scary. As far as condo's go there are a lot in the area, actually it is rather saturated so you may be able to negotiate a decent price however resale may be tricky. Where you live here depends on where you want your kids to go to school if you have any, and where you work so that your commute is not a headache. If I can give your more specifics let me know.

Good luck with your move!
