I made a doctor appointment today but I'm freaking out these damn bugs transmitted something to me. If they did, would I have something more serious by now?
My son stayed home from school with stomach cramps and a headache. Something is going around that isn't caused by bug bites but I can see why you'd want to be checked. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Robynn, Ive never seen that one.

Most of your well known bug repellents will work too.

Here is something I spray on my camo (when I do have it on) to repel them. Its odorless and is only made for your clothes, not your skin. It is a very good product.
Sawyer® Products - Water Filtration, Insect Repellent, Sunscreens and More

Another trick I do is to lace up a flea collar (thats made for a dog) in my hunting boots. This also helps.
