Hi all!
My husband and I have lived here a year and are ready to buy a house! We are currently living in Crowfield but everything in our price range has a tiny yard. SO we started to look at houses in Summerville, but we are clueless about which neighborhoods are OK. We have looked at houses in these neighborhoods, Could you please let us know if they are safe?

Pine Forest (older house section not country club section)
Corey Woods
Twin Oaks
Briarwood
Brandymill
Kings grant
Quail Arbor

We are looking for safe neighborhoods, schools not important. We liked these neighborhoods because the yards were larger from .25 to .50 of a acre.
I really appreciate any help any of you can offer!

We looked in Pine Forest and it was a nice neighborhood. We live in Ashborugh East and love it! Our yard is 3/4 acre. Ashborugh also has bigger yards and so does Walnut Farms. People like Kings Grant, but I thought it looked run down a little. I don't know the other neighborhoods. Good luck!

Search Kings Grant on here. There were a couple locals that went a few rounds over the state of it late last year. Grab your popcorn and enjoy the melodrama.

We want to spend 140k or less. It's just my husband and I so we don't need a large home anymore. We do want a good sized yard as we garden and have dogs. The neighborhoods listed have homes that would work, we just want to be in the safest area as well.

I live in Summerville off of 61. I don't recommend Quail Arbor. It's kind of run down and abuts some questionable areas. Just my 2 cents...
