What areas to consider for a couple moving to Mt. Pleasant

Thanks for all your responses. I will check out the additional suggestions. We are not very good with launching our own boat, so would want a dock for our boat/wave runner to sit on. Or just go to Seaside Farms and get a house on one of the ponds and sell the boat! Our budget is up to 700K. Any thoughts about living in Park West near the airport there? Wondered if that would be problem if we found a house close by. We'll be sure to check out the insurance issues. Thanks again!

In Park West with your budget I'd suggest Masonborough.

You might like Daniel Island and keep your boat there at their dry stack. Ride your golf cart down and jump in.
