I saw an advertisment today in "City Paper" about "the charleston angler" wanting the public to vote them "Charleston's Best Tackle Shop".

Its hard to be the best when you dont open up until 8:00AM..............Im on the water at 6:00-7:00 AM when I go fishing.
My husband recently showed me where you guys docked out of when you took the boys fishing...the summer before last. They really did enjoy the time.

I'll have to check out the one in West Ashley. We live in GC so it is hard to find someplace fairly local but it is worth the ride over if I know it isnt a hassle to park and to see something new. I didn't even realize they had a couple places.

I'll visit BPS when it comes, mainly because they are like a tourist attraction more than anything with the decor...

only been to one, and that was because I was in that area... prices were too high so if I bought anything from them it would be something they put on sale

I hunt fish shrimp and do all those outdoor things, but with two kids in college I'm not buying from you because you have an awesome building...

they'll do well, and will bring other retailers near them like others have said... and will employ more local people, which is always a big plus

Meks, I think it is expensive, as well. I think that is why I prefer Cabelas. My son stocked up on some supplies when we went to Cabelas because the variety was great and they were reasonably priced.

He/She will be fine. Hardly any recoil at all. Its just hard to find .22 caliber ammo right now.

Why Captain? You can order it at Bass Pro Shops, can't yea?
