There is a rumor that the city is thinking of making another parking lot at Brittlebank Park, which already appears to be 1/3 parking lot. Does anyone else know anything about this?

I'd strenuously object to that. Parks are too valuable a commodity on the Peninsula to be paved over.

Thanks for your input. I am seeing yellow & blue bands tied to many of the trees and also stakes. When a surveyor ties the trees, is that to save them or cut them?
