I've heard of them. There's a couple locations in Greenville. They're kind of like Steak n Shake. Should be a good add to West Ashley definately.

Zucker family donates 6 mill to Trident's aeronautics center

Retail Openings/Closings

North Charleston planning parking garage for Coliseum complex.

The last article is quite interesting. Though I have to ask again, anyone know what's going up behind Golden Corral? Last I saw it was at 3 stories

I cant see it. Not in that location. It's not big enough, parking is an issue, and it cant act as a centerpiece there.

IMO, Charleston's best hope of getting one anytime soon is Citadel Mall being redeveloped or if Mount Pleasnt TC does an expansion.

In semi-related news

The Charleston Metro areas unemployment figured dropped from 4.2% to 3.9% in Octoboer

Also some what related to future local projects I'd gather

I wonder what the chances are that they'll put another one in Jasper or Aiken county eventually to give full range around the state.

Now for something actually directly related to construction

It amazes me that in a city full of world class restaurants that a restaurant with pre-packaged, pre-cooked food would appeal to anyone. But there are people who think Olive Garden is Italian and that Red Lobster knows seafood.
