Also I'm sure this has been brought up, but to save me the time to read throught the whole thread ... I saw some commotion the other day at the deserted shopping center behind McDs on Bowman. Can someone just tell me what's happening there?

A Nordstrom Rack and a Dick's sporting goods. As far as road projects in Mt. Pleasant go what intersection could stand to gain the most from an overpass, I think one at the Intersection of Mathis Ferry and 17 should be looked at.
Nordstrom is revamping. I know that the Nordstrom at the Mall of Georgia is closing. They have a Nordstrom Rack in the same area. I think they have determined tha a Nordstrom Rack will be a better fit -- and it will be.
Nordstrom main store -- online shopping baby!!!! I love it. they have free or $5 shipping...and easy returns and it is fantastic.
Horizon Project: I now see that there are 2 different buildings going thru the city approval process - one building at Lockwood Dr & Horizon (Phase 1A) and one at Spring & Horizon St. (Phase 1B). I'm anxious to see the architectural renderings.

Interesting 1A is most likely the parking lot behind the Police station no idea what 1B may be.
