Hi,

I am an empty nester at 48 and I plan on relocating to South Carolina. I am in property management and would like to live onsite where I work, that being said, what is the best area to apply for a single woman looking for a new chapter in her life? Area needs to be safe and low crime rate. Someone had mentioned Bluffton House in Bluffton SC. What is that place like? PLEASE HELP!!! What are race relations like in certain areas like Buffton and Summerville? I would like to be moved by the Fall of this year.

Summerville sc:
White alone - 30,844 (73.5%)
Black alone - 8,216 (19.6%)
Hispanic - 1,689 (4.0%)
Two or more races - 717 (1.7%)
Asian alone - 457 (1.1%)
American Indian alone - 31 (0.07%)

Bluffton sc:
White alone - 6,743 (58.4%)
Hispanic - 2,251 (19.5%)
Black alone - 2,245 (19.4%)
Asian alone - 187 (1.6%)
Two or more races - 105 (0.9%)

Different demographics. Every place has racism, don't see too much of bad race relations
