I didn't miss that fact, I'm just not alarmed by it. I moved here 30 years ago with my (now ex) wife and a 6 month old. We had next to no money, 1 aging vehicle and no real plan. In fact we weren't even headed to Charleston when we started out. Now my ex owns a day spa and I'm a billionaire ceo of a fortune 500 company. No wait, that second part was one of my dream lives... but I'm doing OK, really...

I just figure the op knows their business and risk tolerance better than I do.

Apparently 800 more homes are being built there. Channel 5 said it today.
