We are in town for a few days and very interested in looking at homes in Mount Pleasant. My basic requirements for the agent who shows us properties are:

- You live in Mount Pleasant.
- You have kids who attend schools in the same town.
- Homes should be in close proximity to great elementary/middle schools.
- Able to show us 3-4 homes that cost anywhere from $300K-$500K, 2000 sq. feet or more.
- Newer home preferred.
- Able to show us homes mid-week.

Keep in mind, that we're not moving tomorrow - we're just exploring the idea of moving here.

Please leave your details in this thread.

I used Beth Bird for my $300K sale in 2010. She has been in the MTP market for quite a long time. I highly recommend her. Not sure about the kids but she knows MTP. General feeling is MTP schools are the best in the area. They do change school zones so what they are today may not be what they are in a few years. While a crap shoot, it is among the best of the best.

There are a lot of Realtors who fit that description. (I live on James Island ). My co-broker, Rebecca Linenger is good and lives in Mt P.
