That property is zoned commercial along with the two 5+ acre plots that front Maybank and are owned by the same partnership so there's about 33 acres there.

That should be enough space to develop a grocery-anchored retail center and possibly more residences.

Maybe it's a Dave and Busters or new Walmart Supercenter. Or could Charleston be finally getting the long awaited Red Robin? Lucky John's Island.

A Walmart Supercenter hypermarket would be an instant upgrade for groceries until a Harris Teeter supermarket is built and opened.
