Default Folly Beach Question (Starfish Grill)

I have a Folly Beach question.. my family and I always vacation on Folly Beach (with the exception of the past two years) and I know that the Starfish Grill is no longer located on the pier. Did another restaraunt open up there and if so how is it? I know Starfish is on James Island now but one of the reason's we loved eating there was because it was on the pier and had an ocean view.. don't get me wrong... we loved the food too....
Also, I am noticing now that I am planning our vacation there this summer that the rates have went up alot! The house we usually rent has doubled in price! I guess with time everything must change. We usually use Dunes Properties but with their prices going up we may look elsewhere to rent... any suggestions?
Thanks!

Another restaurant did open there - Locklear's. It's fairly comparable to Starfish Grill. I'm not much help on the rental. If you're looking at beaches, Folly is probably still the cheapest in the Charleston area. I recommend you check out ..VRBO® is Vacation Rentals by Owner® Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner . I've used it several times in other places with good results.

Fred Holland Realty and Avocet Properties may be good places to look.
