Happy New Year to all here. May it be a great one!

Some of my wishes for 2015 that come to mind are:
Peace on Earth.
Prosperity for all.
SC drivers learn to use their turn signals (located on steering column).
Palmetto bugs are wiped out by an epidemic.

And most of all...
My house in NY is SOLD.
