Are there many homes in the surrounding areas for sale that have a pool? Would love to buy a home in the area but am hoping for a place with a pool fenced in sort of like the ones you can find in Florida. Thanks

Pools are not uncommon here. Many communities have a neighborhood pool as well.

Edit: A quickie search shows 311 active single family detached properties in the Charleston MLS area that list a pool.
