Can anyone advise when Charleston offers free horse and carriage rides.

Frankly ... I don't ever recall free carriage rides .... you can get discounted rides on Group On every once in a while.... I do know you can negotiate a group discount tho .. we did for my sons wedding party but it was only from the church to the reception venue .. a less than 10 minute ride

FREE day will be Sunday, January 25th this year for Palmetto Carriage. I usually do it once every other year.
