West Ashley neighborhoods (house, buyers, money)

I would love some input on some West Ashley neighborhoods. We've looked in Mt. Pleasant and Crowfield Plantation. We're hoping to look in West Ashley this weekend. Looking in the 250-325 range. Hoping to find a neighborhood with families, kids, etc.

How are you doing this?
Hopefully you are using a Realtor that knows what she/he is doing.

The services are free for buyers & it can save you a ton of time & money.
If you are using one, great, I applaud you for seeking outside advice here on the boards.

If you're not, you are in the same position as a person representing themselves in court.

I'm in California for awhile, so it doesn't matter to me who you use, just use someone that you feel you can trust.

Thanks for looking out for us. We have a realtor. I just don't want to waste too much time until our house goes into contract. Meantime, when we're down visiting my hubby this week in SC....I want to check out West Ashley myself.
