Default Urgent! Need Help with Aparments in Moncks Corner/Summerville/Goose Creek!

Hey guys,

I've been working for a while preparing for this trip that my wife and I will make on this Monday and Tuesday down to Moncks Corner. I've compiled a large list of apartment complexes there and began calling them today. The reason I'm freaking out is that I've only got through to maybe ten percent of them and left messages with the rest. And, on top of that, I'm not overly excited about what I have heard relating to prices and amenities so far.

So, I need your help. Below is a list of places I have contacted. Bear in mind that most of them haven't contact me back. If you could, please give me the low down on what you know about these places and MORE IMPORTANTLY suggest some new places that I've yet to find. I am planning on opening my search to Summerville and Goose Creek so if you know of anywhere there let me know. As far as I know all the places I'm listing below are in MC.

Santee run

Shannonwood

Woodlocke
Berkeley Place

Country Lane Apartments

Francis Villa Apts
Harbor Lake Apartments Goose Creek

thanks for all your help guys!!!!

Thanks a ton, creeker.

And, yes, google is where I got the list I used, but I knew there were some more out there.

If anyone else has any in mind, please let me know.

And, if there are any Realtors out there that want to help, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks again!

Can you give us some specs? Is it only apartments you are looking for? Price range desired?

We are open to renting anything really, within reason. Our budget is between 500 and 600 monthly. We don't want to go much further south than Goose Creek or Summerville.

Stay away from Santee Run, Shannonwood, Country Lane, and Francis Villa. Not sure about the other two in Moncks Corner. If you want to be in MC definately check out Epson Oaks like GooseCreeker posted.

In Goose Creek, I don't recommend Harbour Lake either. Definately check out the two GooseCreeker posted that are in GC.

I would agree with Luvsdabeach. That price range is a bit difficult to land a good rental in a good area. Most in that range are duplexes in so-so neighborhoods. Go with GooseCreeker's recommendations.

I just moved to Goose Creek about 8 months ago from WV. We (husband, daughter and myself) lived in Brandywine for 6 mths until we found a house. I liked it there. They have 1 and 2 br apartments and 2 and 3 br townhouses. It is on Saint James Ave in Goose Creek.
