Has anyone heard if Bravo is going to renew Southern Charm for a second season? I've been looking all around, but haven't seen anything definitive one way or another. My research landed me here on this forum, which looks great
While I know this show is not everyone's cup of tea, I find it quite interesting and entertaining, especially the city's architecture.
By the way... if anyone is interested, I did come across a recent post on Will Folks' (T-Rav's political consultant) blog, FITSnews.com, about an underground fan movement to have Bravo renew the show. Here's the post I saw:

Nothing is announced yet, but give it 2-4 weeks for the ratings from OnDemand sources to roll into Bravo. I was nervous that Thomas wouldn't want to be a part of another season, but his positive thoughts on the show in some recent interviews/episodes says otherwise. Whitney is the producer and I'm sure wants another season, but it will be up to Bravo to renew it. The finale had the highest ratings, so let's hope!
I don't think the show will go on without T-Rav...
I'm not from here originally, but I know the history around the Ravenel family. Why would the show be dependent on his involvement? Surely, there are plenty of other people from the generational money brigade that would participate. Genuinely curious..
I bet we will find the ratings weren't that great & it wasn't his name that made him entertaining to the audience. There was something that charmed the viewers (that had nothing to do with his connection to his family). I don't know -- that's what they said on Bravo. He was the most popular one.

They desperately tried to get such people involved the first time around... and got completely shot down ... with Tommy's exception... after this seasons show ... I heartily doubt anyones minds have changed.
