I guess what I'm looking for is a lot that isn't owned by the FCC. I've never been to an event there before so I don't know, but are there private lots that open up for a fee for events there? We won't be blatantly boozing it up, but I'd like to sit and relax with some finger foods, nice music and a bottle of wine. Even if it's out of a plastic cup.
