Hi everyone. We are planning on moving to Mt. Pleasant late next year and had a few questions about deep water lots. I'd be like to hear opinions/info on Wagner, Toomer and Darrell Creek. On average, how deep are they about 1/2 mile in from the Wando? How reasonable is it to get a boat in at any time during the day? Wagner seemed plenty deep last time I visited. How about Toomer and Darrell?

There's a home in the Andover section of Park West on Toomer Creek that has a dock with a lift and I'm pretty sure they can get in during low tide.

The creeks depths on all these creeks are going to fluctuate about 6 feet with the tide. The closer to the mouth of the main river, generally the better. There are going to be some creeks which are totally tidal meaning you won't be able to get in/out at the lower end of the tide.
Getting on any of the deep water creeks in the main subdivisions is going to cost $1M+.
