Does Boeing hire thru a temp agency, or do direct-to-hire? If it's a temp, which one? Does anyone know the starting wage for the basic assembly person? What kind of hours do they run? 24/7? What are the shifts?

thxs!

Boeing has not posted any jobs through ReadySC for a LONG TIME. You're better off going through contractors in order to be directly hired by Boeing.

Most of those jobs are for white collar positions such as engineering, BR&T, EO&T. I did get my job this route though at Boeing.
