526 will be completed by 2019, so no worries. I live near River & Maybank at the foot of the stono bridge. I am no real estate expert, but there is development everywhere on this side of Johns Island, in 5 years Johns Island on this side will be just like James Island and developed with businesses. The commercial property for $11 million just sold on Maybank Hwy.....
Just google and look up the Shade tree development if you want to know the future of Johns Island....
