We are in Park West and pay for the Comcast Blast internet (50mb). We generally get it, but about a week ago everything came to almost a dead stop. It was as if we were on dial-up from the 90's. We called to complain and they changed the frequency of our wifi. Speeds went right back up immediately! Lady said it could be the building material of our house or someone else using the same frequency that caused the interference. Might be absolute bs, but if anyone else is struggling with Comcast speeds, ask them to change the frequency before they try to send out a technician and charge you $$$.

I went to the WOW site to see if they are available in my area. After some clicking around, they want to have a phone conversation about whether my address is in their service area. No. Bad sign. I need good, fast internet and apparently you are not an internet-savvy company. Even if for some reason they can't have a widget that shows service areas, at least have a chat window!
