Newly retired on pension so not wealthy, I love my alone time but also walking with my dog around town, Folly suits my personality to a tee. Comfortable hanging out young and old alike (sons 30 and 28). Looking for one bedroom or studio. Willing to do cosmetic work. Please, please if you know anywhere my son still at MUSC and can check it out. Currently in Knoxville TN and though beautiful I'm a flatlander in my heart. Thanks guys for any input/advice! Mahalo
