Default Real Estate Values - Isle of Palms

What has been the annual appreciation or depreciation in real estate prices on Isle of Palms/Wild Dunes over the past 3 to 5 years? Does the Real Estate industry or government publish this information?

The following statistics have been supplied by the Charleston area mls. They refer to the single family homes and condos on the Isle of Palms including Wild dunes"

2005
Average list price - $936,842
Average sales price - $881,842
Total homes sold - 372

2006
Average list price - $1,447,311
Average sales price - $1,290,211
Total homes sold - 246

2007
Average list price - $1,425,852
Average sales price - $1,317,110
Total homes sold - 122

This may not give you a perfect representation of the rate of appreciation but at least an idea.
