Wow. And several of the 5 star reviews are employees of the prop mgmt company that runs the place, Apartment Life. What a bunch of scumbags. Live5 should do a story on this place if they haven't already.
It's a damn shame all around. The shoddy work aside, the style of architecture never looked right to me. Very south FL del boca vista. Would have been better to construct around the surrounding bungalow style.
