Yeah I agree. I call those internet surfing drivers "land mines" and am constantly passing them in the right lane as they dilly dally along in the left lane.
The drivers that change lines as they barrel up to a red light I call "dive bombers".
People who use the phone driving are idiots.

Was almost hit by a millennial in my complex parking lot this morning. Then, at the light, I got to wait for her to finish her text. I honked. As I passed she called me an a-hole. I suppose I should have just waited until it was convenient for her.

Ok, I'll also give you a honk at the person who's sitting at a light and not moved after the light turns and it's been 10 seconds.
One of these days I'll get myself a beater, and when my light is green, I'm going to go regardless of the jerks running the opposite left turning light. They're not going fast enough for an accident to be fatal, and it might be a good money making venture.
